SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (part-time)

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help bring our brand to life digitally and connect Cycle Fly organically and authentically with existing and new consumers. The SMC will support weekly content ideation, creation, strategy, publication and tracking, in addition to community engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Works with leadership team weekly to support content creation and strategy.

Executes and helps to maintain weekly posting schedule across Instagram and other relevant social platforms.

Manages and assists with content shoots and asset production.

Coordinates with teams to ensure content is completed by its scheduled deadlines.

To start, has a basic understanding of Cycle Fly’s brand values and voice to execute social posts and written content related to posts.

Must ride 4x a month to maintain a pulse on Cycle Fly’s community, culture, opportunities & evolution.

Monitor and engage with our community on social platforms and communicate community feedback with leadership team.

Compile weekly performance reports and contribute to analysis of content effectiveness.

Maintain organized documentation of processes and best practices.

Support influencer coordination and community events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least one year of experience in social media coordinating demonstrated through hands-on effective content creation.

Ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content including text, captions, images, videos, and graphics aligned with brand identity.

Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, primarily instagram, and their algorithms.

Analytical skills to interpret data and experience developing and executing social media campaigns.

Experience with understanding marketing goals and how to integrate social media strategies to achieve them.

Meets scheduled posts and other relevant deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
