How does the sale work? Purchase a $50 gift card and get a class on us. Purchase a $100 gift card and get 3 classes on us. There is no purchase limit, but the complimentary classes expire 30 days from purchase, no extensions. Comp classes associated with a gifted gift card expire 30 days from redemption. Cannot redeem past 12.31.24. We recommend purchasing accordingly.

Do I have to purchase the gift card in-studio? The sale is online or in-studio on Saturday 11.30 only. Sale ends online at 11:59p. If purchased online, the complimentary classes will be added to the account of the purchaser no later than Monday 12.2 at 12p.

Can I gift the complimentary classes to someone else? Yes. Please speak with our front desk team or email info@cycleflystudio.com for assistance.

Can I buy a gift card for myself? Absolutely! You can gift yourself or purchase for someone else. If you buy a gift card for yourself we recommend redeeming the gift card to your account which can be used for any future purchase.

Can I use the gift card for a membership payment? Yes. If you redeem the card to your account balance and toggle on “apply account balance to upcoming charges” any account balance will be deducted for your next membership payment interval. You can do this yourself under My Account in your profile.

What if I have a membership and can’t use the additional complimentary classes in conjunction with my monthly recurring credits? Monthly memberships are eligible for a 5-14 day freeze so you can use your complimentary classes. Credit packages are not eligible for extensions or freezes to use complimentary classes.

What if I can’t use all the complimentary classes I received from the sale? The classes expire 30 days from purchase. No extensions. We recommend purchasing at a level that allows you to use your complimentary classes within the timeframe they are valid.

Do the gift cards expire? Gift cards do not expire, but they are non-refundable. The complimentary credits DO expire.
