FAQs:
Is there a fee to sign up?
Yes. Challenge registration is $5 and is required to participate and qualify for the Finisher Kit. Class credits are not included with registration.
Do I have to purchase the Level Up 5-Pack?
Nope! Use your existing membership or class credits. The special 5-Pack is simply an option if you need rides for the week.
How do we keep track of our progress?
Check off each ride on the Level Up Tracker after class. No retroactive checks, so don’t forget!
Can I take more than one class in a day?
Absolutely! Each completed class counts as one ride.
What if I don't finish?
That’s okay! The challenge is about showing up, pushing yourself and seeing what you can do. Get as many rides in as you can.
What if I buy the Level Up 5-Pack but don’t use all 5 rides during the challenge?
No worries! The Level Up Challenge ends October 11, but your credits don’t. Any unused credits from your Level Up 5-Pack are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Just remember: only rides completed October 5–11 count toward the challenge.
When do I get my Finisher Kit?
Finisher Kits will be available for pickup at the studio following Level Up Week. If you finish, you’ll receive an email with the details.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You must register for the Level Up Challenge to qualify for completion and receive a Finisher Kit. Completing five rides without registering does not qualify. All five rides must be completed between October 5–11, 2026. Riders must check in for and complete the full class for each ride to count. Progress must be recorded on the Level Up Tracker after class; retroactive checks will not be issued. One Finisher Kit per registered rider who successfully completes the challenge. Finisher Kits are non-transferable and have no cash value. While supplies last. Challenge details and offers are subject to change.
