Start by choosing a path to prizes:

👻 TRICK TRACK: ride with us 6 times between 10.20-10.31 and complete dares for a chance to win ONE MONTH of UNLIMITED RIDES for November.

🍭 TREAT TRACK: ride with us 6 times between 10.20-10.31 and receive 15% off your next package or membership purchase.

TRICK TRACK DARES: (must ride at least 6 times by 10.31. choose 6 of 8 to complete.)

1.) Ride front row.

2.) Do a double. (must ride back-to-back classes in the same morning or evening.)

3.) Ride one spooky theme ride.

4.) Wear a costume to a spooky theme ride. (cannot be combined for completion with dare 3.)

5.) Stay after class and visit The Graveyard. Hold either a 30 sec plank or wall sit. (instructor signs off.)

6.) Attend a Speed & Strength class using 8lb or 10lb weights.

7.) Hit a Spooky Streak - ride Mon/Wed or Tues/Thur in the same week.

8.) #SpookySpinSelfie - post a spooky photo with your instructor on Instagram (must tag @cycleflystudio, your instructor and use hashtag #flytrickortreat to count)

Trick or Treat Challenge FAQ

Q: How do I participate?
A: $10 registration fee. Sign up at the front desk or online, pick your track — Trick (savage) or Treat (sweet) — and start completing the dares listed for your path. Must sign up to be eligible. Must complete by 10.31.

Q: How do I complete a dare?
A: Each dare must be completed according to the instructions. All rides/dares require instructor or front desk verification.

Q: What is a sign-off and how does it work?
A: All rides/dares require a sign-off. Certain dares, like planks, wall sits, or attendance streaks, require a staff or instructor to sign off immediately after you complete them. This verifies that you completed the dare correctly.

Q: Can I get retroactive sign-offs if I forget?
A: No — all dares must be verified on the same day you complete them. Retroactive sign-offs will not be accepted.

Q: How do social media dares work?
A: For social media-based dares, make your post within the challenge period, tag the studio, your instructor and use the designated hashtag (#flytrickortreat). Screen captures may be requested as verification.

Q: Can I mix Trick and Treat dares or combine tracks?
A: No — you must choose a track (Trick or Treat) at the start and complete only the dares listed for that track to qualify for prizes.

Q: What if I have scheduling conflicts?
A: Try to complete your dares within the challenge period and plan ahead. If you have ride flexibility, the TRICK TRACK yields the biggest prize for one lucky rider. If you have less ride availability, the TREAT TRACK may be for you.

Q: How are prizes awarded?
A: Participants who complete all dares on their chosen track will be eligible for the designated prize. The TRICK TRACK will only have one winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or extended.

Q: Who decides if a dare is complete?
A: Staff and instructors have final discretion for all dare verification. Any questions about completion must be addressed on the day of the class.
