FIRST FLY FOLLOW-UP
CONGRATS on completing your first ride!
Here’s a few tips to have you flying like a pro:
SIGN-UPS: Bikes open for the week on Sundays at 12p. We recommend reserving in advance, but walk-ins are always welcome if there are open bikes.
STAY FOR THE STRETCH: It's normal to be a little sore after your first ride. You worked really hard! We always recommend taking time to stretch and recover.
FLY AGAIN: Feel a little lost during your first ride? We've all been there. It usually takes a few classes for everything to "click," & we promise it will! Just like anything, you'll get better & better each class.
COMMUNITY: We LOVE our community & we know you'll be making friends at the studio in no time. Our #flyfam is supportive and inclusive to all.
