Join our team - Community Manager

As an ambassador of our brand, the Community Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships within our studio walls and beyond. Your role and responsibilities will drive ridership and revenue growth, build brand awareness regionally, create and expand community relationships, foster rider connections and uphold the Cycle Fly experience. You’ll work with our leadership team and Cycle Fly ambassadors to promote the brand and deliver rider acquisition, retention and frequency.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate brand presence and engage audiences through a variety of outlets, both in-person and online. 

Build and maintain consistent relationships with local influencers, fitness studios, health and wellness brands and other relevant people and organizations for brand partnerships and opportunities. 

Build and maintain consistent relationships with our current rider base to optimize rider connection, experience and brand loyalty. 

Plans and executes public and private community events on behalf of Cycle Fly.

Partners and collaborates with community leaders to ultimately attract new riders and build brand awareness.

Maintains awareness of brand aligned community events and trends for participation opportunities allied with Cycle Fly’s commitment to create impact, promote health and wellness and maintain our status as Cleveland’s premier cycling studio.

Is proficient and knowledgeable of Cycle Fly’s core values and can effectively communicate our brand in alignment with our voice, vibe and purpose.

Tracks and communicates community engagement and feedback with leadership team.

Fosters inclusivity, develops diverse strategies/opportunities and ensures Cycle Fly is a safe and welcome space for all riders, partners and organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ year experience in marketing, event planning and/or sales preferred

Must be proficient and active on social media

Must be able to read, create and track performance analytics

Proven track record of goal conversions and achievements

Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)

Solutions focused and results driven

Organized and strong attention to detail and brand standards

Team player with the ability to self start and independently contribute

Demonstrates self-leadership skills

Must be flexible, adaptable and can execute quickly and effectively
